1Account Registration and Eligibility

1.1 Age Restriction

ram98 services are for adults aged 21+ only. Players under 21 are not allowed to open an account or deposit and play. We may request age verification at any time, and if it cannot be confirmed, the account may be suspended or closed.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may open only one account. Creating duplicate accounts using the same name, family member, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If detected, the duplicate account and any linked accounts will be closed without notice, and any bonuses or winnings not resulting from genuine play will be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Personal Information

When registering, you must provide your correct full name, date of birth, and contact details. The player is solely responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or falsified information. As part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process, we may request proof of ownership, a copy of your national ID, or a payment bank card.

2Account Management and Security

2.1 Login Credentials

Your account username and password must be kept confidential and must not be shared with any third party. You are directly responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify us immediately via our Live Chat service.

2.2 Account Transfer

Selling, renting, or transferring your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If detected, we reserve the right to close the account and forfeit all remaining funds.

2.3 Linked Accounts

Accounts accessed by members of the same household or from the same IP address may be reviewed for links. If a connection is found, bonuses and promotional rewards associated with those accounts may be restricted.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

We accept the following payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. Deposits must be made through these methods only. Third-party payments are not accepted.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for any payment method is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks, and funds will be sent back only to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of the request. Delays may occur due to KYC checks, network issues, or bank-related delays.

3.4 Payment Verification

We may place any payment on hold during a review period. If money laundering, fraud, or irregular transactions are detected, we reserve the right to close the account and freeze the funds.

3.5 Own Funds Only

Players must use only their own bank account or a payment method registered in their own name. Using a third party's bank card or e-wallet is prohibited.

4Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The ram98 welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. The bonus amount of 24,000 Ks must be wagered 25 times — a total of 600,000 Ks in play — before the bonus and any related winnings can be withdrawn.

Example (2): If you deposit 840,000 Ks, you receive a 500,000 Ks bonus, making your balance 1,340,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: you must wager 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw the bonus.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the bonus, you must meet a wagering requirement of the bonus amount × 25. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited, and only your original deposit will be returned.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and can only be converted through wagering.
  • If the bonus is not used within the time limit, it will expire automatically.

4.4 Referral Program

Refer a friend and when they make their first deposit, you will receive 5% of that deposit as a bonus, up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks. You will also earn 0.2% of your referred friends' valid bets as a weekly commission.

5Game Rules

5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Finality of Decisions

The ram98 VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As you move up the tiers with higher play volume, you earn weekly cashback rates — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.7%, Platinum: up to 1.0%, Diamond: up to 1.2%. VIP tier benefits and progression terms may change, and advance notice will be given.

5.4 Invalid Play

We reserve the right to void the results of any game caused by a software error, game error, or incorrect data. If voided, the player's wagered amount will be refunded, but any winnings derived from the error will not be paid out.

6Prohibited Activities

If any of the following activities are carried out, we reserve the right to suspend the account and forfeit funds without prior notice—

  • Using multiple accounts together to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse)
  • Reverse-engineering the software or using scripts for auto-play
  • Payments related to money laundering
  • Fraudulent chargebacks
  • Intentionally exploiting software errors without authorisation
  • Colluding with other players to undermine fair play
  • Using automation tools (bots) to play
  • Stealing other players' personal information or phishing

If we find that any of our rules or policies have been violated, we reserve the right to take legal action alongside any financial decisions.

9Account Suspension and Termination

9.2 Suspension by Us

If a player violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to comply with third-party requirements, we reserve the right to suspend the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance and bonuses.

9.3 Self-Exclusion for Responsible Gaming

10Amendments and Notifications

10.1 Changes to Terms
